Optional Charges:

  • custom table styling – dependent upon specifications
  • additional servings of popcorn; $1.50 per person
  • additional popcorn containers for guests: starting at .50¢ per person
  • favors: starting at $2 per person
  • additional table decor: signs, frames, accessories, cake stands, etc. – quote available during consultation
  • popcorn bar attendant for duration of event: $25/hour
  • Popped With Altitude popcorn bars are available in the Eagle County area.  Setup and breakdown is included in packages.  If you would like a Popcorn Bar in Pitkin, Summit or Routt County additional fees would apply.

  • 2 glass jars or containers to display popcorn
  • basic decor

  • setup and breakdown in the Vail Area (additional charge outside of this area)

Package for 50 – $295

  • 50 popcorn servings
  • 50 popcorn boxes for guests
  • 3 popcorn flavor choices
  • 3 glass jars or containers to display popcorn
  • basic decor
  • complimentary popcorn tastings
  • setup and breakdown in the Vail Area (additional charge outside of this area)

  • 100 popcorn servings
  • 100 popcorn boxes for guests
  • 4 popcorn flavor choices
  • 4 glass jars or containers to display popcorn
