Do you accept bulk candy orders from anyone, or only businesses and wedding planners?
We offer bulk candy to any person or entity in need of incredible popcorn and/or sugary sweet goodness. You do not have to be a wedding planner or large company, although we do a lot of business with them too. If you see something you like and would like to order in bulk, simply go to our bulk section or call us directly at 970-660-8150. Just because we carry lots and lots of bulk candy at wholesale prices, doesn’t mean it’s only for businesses. We are here to serve all your curated candy and gourmet popcorn needs.
What if I can't find the candy or popcorn flavor I am looking for?
If you can’t find what you’re looking for here, e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll see what we can do. We have relationships with all major candy companies and can usually find what you’re looking for. We also make our own popcorn and can arrange for custom flavors/orders for our bulk orders.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship really fast – sometimes even, same day if your order arrives in our inbox before 10am and we have the product in house already.
Popcorn orders are typically shipped next business day but we reserve 48 hours for processing all orders. That means that we might need a bit of time to get all the elements of your order together and package them. This could take a little longer during our busiest times, including holidays.
We also offer local delivery to individuals and business within a 40 mile radius for an additional $25, or FREE if you spend more than $1,000. You could also come in to the store for FREE pick-up and we will notify you when your order is ready.
How do I expedite my order?
If you can’t wait 5-7 business days, you have the option of choosing ‘Next Day Air’ or ‘2nd Day Air’ when selecting your shipping method during the checkout process. It is a bit more expensive, but much faster!
What is your Return/Refund Policy
Due to candy being a perishable item and in compliance with The Food & Drug Administration (FDA) policies, SugarliciousPopped.com does not accept any return on candy products. Edible (ALL CONSUMABLE FOOD PRODUCTS) products may NOT be returned unless incorrect items were shipped by SugarliciousPopped.com. We do not accept returns for products which are not broken or delivered incorrectly. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs on any product returned.
To ensure that you receive the correct product that you are looking to purchase, SugarliciousPopped.com lists all product descriptions as accurately as possible. If you have any questions regarding a product please contact us by email at info@SugarliciousPopped.com or call 970-660-8150 BEFORE you place your order.
Food products MAY NOT BE RETURNED, so please order carefully as SugarliciousPopped.com cannot issue RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for items received due to customer error in ordering. Any unauthorized returns will be considered ABANDONED and no refund will be issued.
Broken or defective products will either be reshipped or the customer refunded. We can not be held responsible for any breakage of fragile products during shipping nor melted products shipping in a non-expedited shipping method during warm weather months.
